Key Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, maintaining office records etc.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
