Hiring: Personal Assistant
We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible Personal Assistant to support daily business and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Handling calls, emails, and client communications
- Coordinating with vendors, clients, and project teams
- Maintaining records, reports, and documentation
- Assisting with travel planning and site visit arrangements
- Following up on pending tasks and ensuring timely completion
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is preferred
