We are seeking a highly organized, mature, and multilingual Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive 360-degree support to our Director. This role is a blend of high-level administrative coordination and personal assistance. The ideal candidate will possess the professional poise required to handle confidential matters and the linguistic versatility to communicate across diverse stakeholders in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Age Criteria - Between 35 to 40 years
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Office Operations
Strategic Coordination: Manage complex daily schedules, including high-priority appointments, board meetings, and international/domestic travel logistics.
Liaison Management: Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and high-net-worth clients.
Documentation & Reporting: Draft sophisticated business correspondence and maintain meticulous records.
Data Management: Utilize Advanced Excel to prepare MIS reports, data sheets, and executive presentations.
Project Tracking: Rigorously follow up on pending tasks to ensure the Director's office meets all deadlines.
2. Personal Lifestyle Support
Calendar Oversight: Manage personal calendars, reminders for important dates, and private bookings.
Lifestyle Coordination: Assist with personal errands, household vendor management, and family travel arrangements.
Event Planning: Support the organization of private events and social engagements with a high level of discretion.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a relevant Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or Senior Admin role.
Communication: Absolute fluency in English and Hindi.
Linguistic Proficiency: Must be a proficient speaker of Bengali to facilitate local coordination (reading/writing not required).
Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite.
Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
Discretion: Proven ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with total integrity.
