About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant to support the Founder & Creative Director. You will manage calendars, appointments, travel, correspondence, and personal tasks, ensuring smooth execution of professional and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage professional and personal calendars, meetings, site visits, and travel arrangements

• Draft and manage professional and personal correspondence

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders

• Assist with event planning, gifting, and personal errands

• Maintain records, document, and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Ensure smooth follow-through on ongoing commitments

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Personal Assistant to a founder or senior leadership

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

• High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules

Preferred:

• Experience in design, architecture, luxury, or creative industries

• Demonstrated stability in previous roles

• It is a Full Time Receptionist job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
