Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and reminders.
Handle phone calls, messages, and email communication professionally.
Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries.
Support with documentation, data entry, and maintaining records.
Coordinate with internal departments or external partners when required.
Run errands and manage personal tasks as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Provide timely updates and follow-ups on assigned tasks.
Fluency in Hindi or English (both languages are an added advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and handle work independently.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Professional, trustworthy, and reliable personality.
