Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and managing meeting arrangements.
2. Handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
3. Booking flights, hotels transportation and creating itineraries.
4. Preparing reports, presentations and other administrative materials.
5. Prioritizing tasks, managing workflow.
6. Conducting research on behalf of the employer and compiling information.
7. Organizing events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
8. Overseeing personal finances, including bill payments and budgeting.
9. In some cases, managing household operations, including hiring and supervising staff.
