Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the senior manager/executive.

  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and calls professionally.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communication drafts as required.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics.

  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy access and reference.

  • Assist with documentation, vendor coordination, and follow-ups.

  • Support office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (B.A., B.Com, or equivalent).

  • Experience: 2–5 years as a Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant preferred.

  • Skills Required:

    • Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Telugu/Marathi advantage).

    • Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace).

    • Time management and organizational ability.

    • Professional demeanor and confidentiality handling.

  • Age: 23–40 years preferred.
