Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly efficient and trustworthy Personal Assistant to
support Director in both professional and personal matters. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for managing his day-to-day
activities, acting as a point of contact on his behalf, handling sensitive
documents, scheduling, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless
communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the daily schedule, calendar, meetings,
appointments, and travel plans of Director
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages, responding on
behalf of director when required.
Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, follow up on action points, and
represent director in internal/external discussions when needed.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, partners, and business
associates on director behalf.
Ensure timely handling of documents – reviewing, organizing, filing,
and following up on all paperwork, agreements, and communications.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all personal, financial, and business-
related information.
Organize personal errands, reminders, events, and other non-business
related tasks when necessary.
Act as a liaison between director and the internal departments, ensuring
smooth workflow and timely updates.
Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as directed.
Anticipate needs, proactively manage tasks, and act as a gatekeeper to
manage time effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or
similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and
verbal. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and
scheduling tools.
High level of integrity, discretion, and dependability.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Desirable Traits: Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules.
Strong understanding of managing personal and professional
boundaries.
Experience in handling high-level clients and executives is a plus
