Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to Manager. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires discretion, reliability, and exceptional communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.

  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) and respond on behalf of the executive when required.

  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

  • Manage personal tasks including errands, shopping, and scheduling personal appointments.

  • Liaise with internal staff, clients, and external partners.

  • Monitor deadlines and ensure follow-ups on delegated tasks and projects.

  • Provide support for events and meetings, including logistics and minute-taking.

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • A proactive attitude and the ability to anticipate needs..
