  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.

  • Handle all correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for business and personal trips.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.

  • Coordinate and follow up on tasks, projects, and deadlines.

  • Maintain records, files, and confidential information in an organized manner.

  • Assist in personal errands, purchases, and event arrangements as requested.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external contacts on behalf of the executive.

  • Manage expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash records.

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
