Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Handle all correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, with professionalism and confidentiality.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for business and personal trips.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Coordinate and follow up on tasks, projects, and deadlines.
Maintain records, files, and confidential information in an organized manner.
Assist in personal errands, purchases, and event arrangements as requested.
Liaise with internal departments and external contacts on behalf of the executive.
Manage expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash records.
