Job Description

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team at Capital Outsourcing & Management Services Private Limited to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35000 - ₹55000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.

  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
