Job Description

We are seeking a sophisticated, highly organized, and proactive Femal Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of our premium ladies' boutique. The ideal candidate will be the bridge between the MD’s vision and the boutique’s daily operations, ensuring that the brand’s high standards are maintained across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Manage the MD’s professional and personal calendar, schedule high-profile meetings, and handle all travel arrangements.

  • Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring a seamless luxury experience from the moment they enter the boutique or contact the office.

  • Operational Liaison: Coordinate between the MD, the sales floor staff, and the backend production team (karigars and designers) to ensure timely delivery of orders.

  • Communication Management: Draft emails, manage correspondence, and handle sensitive business information with the utmost confidentiality.

  • Event & Shoot Coordination: Assist in organizing in-store launches, fashion previews, and social media shoots.

  • Administrative Oversight: Maintain inventory records, monitor boutique expenses, and prepare daily sales reports for the MD’s review.
