Office Coordinator

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Our client provides premium coffee solutions to hotels, cafés, restaurants, offices, and individual consumers across India. The company offers a wide range of coffee products including coffee beans, instant coffee, capsules, and ready-to-use coffee decoction designed for convenience and consistent quality.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Coordinator who will manage communication with clients and prospective clients, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative support.

This is a desk-based role focused on coordination, communication, and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with existing and prospective clients through email and phone.

• Schedule and manage meetings between clients and the management team.

• Maintain communication records and track follow-ups.

• Draft and send professional emails and responses.

• Manage internal documentation and maintain organized records.

• Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and documents when required

. • Ensure timely coordination between internal teams and external contacts.

• Support daily administrative and operational activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Strong oral communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Well organized with good attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently.

Experience • 1–3 years of experience in an office coordination / administrative / client coordination role preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication and computer skills may also be considered. Technical Skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Basic digital skills (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Canva for simple creatives) are an advantage.

Educational Qualification • Graduate and above.

Compensation: Salary: As per experience and industry standards. Incentives or performance-based bonuses may be applicable after probation. The company provides exposure to the fast-growing coffee and hospitality industry, enabling professional and personal growth.
