Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Office Coordinator to join our team in Khar, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of the stock market and experience in handling back office operations in a financial services or broking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage back office activities including account opening and client documentation

  • Act as a liaison between the firm and clients, ensuring timely and professional client communication

  • Assist in placing buy and sell orders on the trading system. (Training will be provided.)

  • Maintain organized records and support day-to-day office operations.

  • Prepare reports and manage data using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate from a recognized university.

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in stock broking or financial services.

  • Basic knowledge of stock market operations is essential.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).•Good communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
