Job Description

We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team at Sky-sketch (India) to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business's premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹9000 - ₹10000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.

  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area with necessary stationery supplies.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

  • Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.

  • Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

  • Looking after indoor & outdoor job, Data entry

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word Excell with formulas, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritise tasks. She must have a professional attitude, be an expert in written and verbal communication, and have a pleasing personality.

We don't recruit students and the candidate below the age of 22 years or above 40 years. The candidate must be physically fit to perform day-to-day work efficiently
