Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients and ensure timely communication and follow-ups
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain records, documents, and office files systematically
Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Support internal teams with coordination and scheduling
Required Skills:
Strong client coordination skills
Good customer handling and communication abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Eligibility Criteria:
1–3 years of relevant experience in coordination or customer handling roles
