Job Description

Multi-Tasking Office Coordinator:
  • Responsibilities:Handle phone calls & WhatsApp from distributors
  • Prepare invoices, maintain stock records, update payment tracker
  • Coordinate with manufacturer for production & dispatch status
  • Handle transport / courier booking
  • Follow up for pending payments
  • Final approval of dispatches and marketing creatives
  • Maintain basic accounts & data entry (Excel / MARG ERP-9 optional)
  • Send promotional messages and product lists to new leads
  • Also learn to handle online B2B leads (like IndiaMART / TradeIndia).
  • Handle incoming stock and organize it properlyPack and label orders (cartons, mono cartons, leaflets, etc.)
  • Deliver parcels to courier/transport office
  • Keep office clean and organized
  • Assist during dispatch and marketing material handling
