Job Description
Multi-Tasking Office Coordinator:
Responsibilities:Handle phone calls & WhatsApp from distributors
Prepare invoices, maintain stock records, update payment tracker
Coordinate with manufacturer for production & dispatch status
Handle transport / courier booking
Follow up for pending payments
Final approval of dispatches and marketing creatives
Maintain basic accounts & data entry (Excel / MARG ERP-9 optional)
Send promotional messages and product lists to new leads
Also learn to handle online B2B leads (like IndiaMART / TradeIndia).
Handle incoming stock and organize it properlyPack and label orders (cartons, mono cartons, leaflets, etc.)
Deliver parcels to courier/transport office
Keep office clean and organized
Assist during dispatch and marketing material handling
