Job Title: Office Coordinator
Location: Noida Extension (Greater Noida West)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 (In-hand)
Experience: Fresher / Experienced both can apply
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Coordinator to manage daily office activities, maintain staff records, and coordinate with clients. The candidate should have good communication skills and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update staff data and records
Regular follow-up with employees regarding attendance, tasks, and updates
Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients
Assist in day-to-day office operations
Handle basic documentation and reporting
Support team coordination and communication
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Additional Information:
Immediate joiners preferred
Training will be provided for freshers
Candidate should be comfortable working from office
