Job Description

Job Title: Office Coordinator

Location: Noida Extension (Greater Noida West)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 (In-hand)
Experience: Fresher / Experienced both can apply


Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Coordinator to manage daily office activities, maintain staff records, and coordinate with clients. The candidate should have good communication skills and a proactive approach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update staff data and records

  • Regular follow-up with employees regarding attendance, tasks, and updates

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients

  • Assist in day-to-day office operations

  • Handle basic documentation and reporting

  • Support team coordination and communication


Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn


Additional Information:

  • Immediate joiners preferred

  • Training will be provided for freshers

  • Candidate should be comfortable working from office
