We are looking for a Office Coordinator to join our team at Escala Tech to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will working closely with the CEO, ensuring seamless scheduling, coordination, communication, and follow-ups across teams. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹40000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedule with accuracy and discretion.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls directed to the CEO, professionally.
Take clear and concise meeting notes and CEO keynotes (shorthand proficiency required).
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Coordinate tasks across departments and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 5 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
