Job Description

We are looking for a Office Coordinator to join our team at Escala Tech to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will working closely with the CEO, ensuring seamless scheduling, coordination, communication, and follow-ups across teams. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹40000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedule with accuracy and discretion.

  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls directed to the CEO, professionally.

  • Take clear and concise meeting notes and CEO keynotes (shorthand proficiency required).

  • Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.

  • Coordinate tasks across departments and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 5 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
