The Coordinator will act as a central communication, coordination, and control point for institutional and non-institutional sales activities. The role focuses on client communication, lead coordination, quotation preparation, tender & GeM support, export documentation, and deputing sales staff for follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Lead Coordination:
• Communicate with clients across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Bhiwandi via calls and digital platforms.
• Handle institutional and commercial client enquiries.
Travel & Field Coordination:
• Local travel limited to Thane and nearby office areas.
• Deputation of sales staff for other regions.
Quotation & Documentation:
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and commercial documents.
Tenders & GeM:
• Support tender participation and GeM portal activities.
Institutional & Government Coordination:
• Work with institutional, non-institutional, government and semi-government clients.
Export Documentation:
• Handle export-related documentation and coordination with logistics partners.
Reporting:
• Maintain reports and coordination with management.
