We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our astrology company. The CRM will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, handling service inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction, and helping improve the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in astrology or wellness services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
Understand customer needs and guide them to appropriate astrological services or experts (e.g., horoscope readings, Vastu consultations, birth chart analysis).
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and empathetically.
Maintain detailed client records, including preferences, consultation history, and follow-up schedules.
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Work closely with astrologers and technical teams to coordinate service delivery.
Upsell or cross-sell relevant astrology packages and services.
Manage appointment scheduling and reminders for consultations.
Collect feedback and relay insights to marketing and product teams.
Maintain a positive brand image and uphold client confidentiality at all times.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or sales (experience in astrology/wellness/spirituality domains preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Basic understanding of astrology or willingness to learn.
Empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
CRM software knowledge (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
