Job Description

Position: Office Assistant/Office Boy

Freshers can apply.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and reception area.

  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

  • Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks as assigned.

  • Collect and distribute documents, files, couriers, and other office materials.

  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings.

  • Monitor and replenish pantry and office supplies (tea, coffee, stationery, etc.).

  • Support administrative staff with basic tasks and errands.

  • Ensure proper functioning of pantry appliances and maintain general hygiene.

  • Run external errands such as banking tasks, purchasing items, or delivering documents when required.

  • Follow office rules, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.
