Job Description

Position :- Office Admin /Tally Operator

Working Time :- 9: 30 Am To 6:30 PM

Week Off :- Sunday

Address :- Ghatkopar West ( 5 mins from station )

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day back-office operations and ensure smooth workflow.

•Handle data entry, maintain accurate records, and update internal databases.

•Operate Tally Prime software for accounting entries including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries, etc.

•Support billing, invoicing, and bank reconciliation activities.

•Handle email communications, documentation, and file management.

•Assist in inventory management and stock updates in Tally.

•Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments.

•Maintain confidentiality of company data and client information.

Key Skills :

Proficiency in Tally Prime .

Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
