Job Description

We are looking for a Office Admin to join our team Office Berths Coworking space, Rajarajeshwari nagar, Bangalore to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and attending customer enquiry phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of 16000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.

  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.

  • Respond customers messages and emails.

  • Onboard and offload customers.

  • Raise invoices

  • Track and Collect payments.

  • Handle office expenses.

  • Coordinate taxation related documents with accounting auditors.

  • Manage office facility related installation, mainenance and repair works.

  • Maintain finance accounts through spreadsheets.

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

  • Update calendars, schedule meetings.

  • Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate preferably in BCom or BSc and 1-2 yrs experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication in english.

Other criteria:

Prefer nearby candidates near to RR nagar. Candidates needs to have a Laptop and a 2-wheeler.
