Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.

  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth operations.

  • Oversee office maintenance, supplies, and facility management.

  • Assist HR and Finance teams with administrative support (attendance, invoices, reimbursements, etc.).

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.
