Office & Facility Operations (24/7 Environment)
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of office facilities (workspace, internet, utilities, meeting rooms, cafeteria/pantry) across all shifts.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and technical teams to maintain high workplace hygiene, security, and safety standards.
- Manage seating plans and space utilization to accommodate a rapidly expanding workforce.
- Oversee upkeep of access control, CCTV, biometric systems, and ensure operational compliance. - Monitoring replenishment of office supplies (stationery and toiletry).
- Prepping the Studio for Ad- shoots. Escorting/Assistance to Actors and Technical team. Vendor & Service Partner Management Manage relationships and contracts with vendors including:
- Co-working space (housekeeping, security, AMC services) - Catering, cafeteria, vending machine service providers.
- Visa consultants, travel management service providers.
- Logistics services (inward/outward for international and domestic services)
- Merchandise and other Ad-hoc requirement service providers Employee Experience & Support
- Act as a POC (point of contact) for employees facility related queries, ensuring quick resolution and high satisfaction across shifts.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes: Biometric access to floors, ID card issuance, seating allocation, asset handover/recovery and access provisioning.
- Organize employee welfare initiatives such as workplace wellness and disciplinary activities.
