Act as the central point of contact for the Principal’s Office.
Manage official correspondence, meetings, and schedules.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure professional administrative support.
Maintain the Principal’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
Draft letters, memos, and institutional circulars as instructed by the Principal.
Prepare and maintain confidential files, reports, and correspondence.
Record and circulate minutes of meetings and ensure follow-up action.
Support in organizing institutional functions, review meetings, and events.
Liaise between the Principal, Vice Principal, HODs, and Administrative Departments.
Manage internal and external communication (emails, letters, calls).
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Academic Sections for required reports and approvals.
Handle document formatting, scanning, and file conversions (Word, Excel, PDF).
Maintain data and reports in MS Excel (attendance, schedules, lists, etc.).
Prepare and edit reports, letters, and documentation in MS Word.
Create and manage official files in PDF format for circulation and record keeping.
Bachelor’s Degree in Administration / Commerce / Management.
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in office administration or executive assistance.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF file management (editing, merging, converting).
Excellent communication (oral & written) and organizational skills.
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
