Job Description:

JDKINLONG Hardware India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Admin Assistant to support daily office activities, coordinate with vendors, maintain reports, and assist with office events.


Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services.

  • Ensure timely delivery and maintain vendor records.

2. Visit Reports & Attendance Tracking

  • Update and maintain Sales Engineers’ visit reports.

  • Track Sales Engineers’ login and logout in GreytHR.

3. Office Supplies & Maintenance

  • Arrange office supplies whenever needed.

  • Coordinate for office maintenance and service requirements.

4. Employee Engagement & Events

  • Assist in organizing festivals, office celebrations, and employee engagement activities.


Qualification:

  • Minimum 12th Pass

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Good communication and coordination skills
