Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Admin to handle daily administrative activities for our commercial project. The candidate will support office operations, documentation, coordination, vendor communication, and reporting activities to ensure smooth functioning of the project office.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain office files, records, and documentation properly
Handle attendance, leave records, and employee coordination
Prepare MIS reports and maintain Excel data
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments
Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory
Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier activities
Support HR and Accounts-related administrative work
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Maintain petty cash and invoice records
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
Any Graduate / Diploma
1–3 years of experience in administration or commercial projects
Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and maintain records efficiently
Preferred Skills:
Experience in commercial projects, facility management, or construction industry
Basic knowledge of billing and documentation
Strong organizational skills
