Job Description:-

  • Petty cash handling

  • Office Assets Management

  • Inventory Management

  • License and Renewals

  • Supervision

  • Manpower Planning

  • Attendance Management

  • Onboarding Support

  • Supply Management & Payments

  • Event Organization

  • System Administration

  • Reports

  • Ensure mandatory presence of all staffs for daily prayer meet at scheduled time.

  • Maintenance of daily consumable in the register. (Stationery & Housekeeping, Consent forms, Broachers, Uniforms, Aprons, Patients Reg Files etc).

  • To collect the Duty Roaster from all the Department.

  • Event Management

  • Vendor Management

  • Qualification: Any Degree or PG
