••Job Responsibilities – Admin / Operations Executive :-•
Prepare and maintain reports, MIS, and records using MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Create presentations (PPT), documents, and spreadsheets as required by management.
Manage and update data on a regular basis with accuracy and confidentiality.
Enter, organize, and maintain operational and administrative data in MS Office tools.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Handle client communication, including occasional discussions over phone calls.
Maintain proper filing of documents, records, and reports (digital & physical).
Support operational and administrative tasks assigned by seniors or management.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work and follow up on pending tasks.
