Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Maintenance & Housekeeping

  • Ensure all office areas are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.

  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, meeting rooms, reception, and common areas.

  • Handle daily sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.

  • Maintain hygiene in washrooms and ensure availability of supplies.

2. Pantry & Refreshment Duties

  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, clients, and visitors.

  • Maintain pantry stock (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, snacks, etc.).

  • Ensure utensils are cleaned properly and pantry area is kept organized.

3. Office Support & Assistance

  • Assist staff with photocopying, scanning, binding, and document handling.

  • Distribute mail, files, or internal documents to respective departments.

  • Handle office errands such as delivering documents, picking up parcels, etc.

4. Inventory & Supplies Management

  • Monitor office supplies and assist in reordering items.

  • Keep track of stationery, cleaning materials, and pantry stock.

  • Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.

5. Visitor Assistance

  • Welcome visitors and offer refreshments.

  • Assist HR/Admin in setting up meetings or conference rooms.

6. Other Duties

  • Support admin team with small tasks as needed.

  • Ensure office environment is clean, safe, and functioning smoothly.

  • Follow company rules, maintain discipline, and support daily operations.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum education: 12th pass (preferred).

  • Basic understanding of cleaning and maintenance tasks.

  • Good attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to handle instructions and complete tasks on time.

  • Basic communication skills (Hindi/English preferred).

  • Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable.
