Ensure all office areas are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, meeting rooms, reception, and common areas.
Handle daily sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
Maintain hygiene in washrooms and ensure availability of supplies.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, clients, and visitors.
Maintain pantry stock (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, snacks, etc.).
Ensure utensils are cleaned properly and pantry area is kept organized.
Assist staff with photocopying, scanning, binding, and document handling.
Distribute mail, files, or internal documents to respective departments.
Handle office errands such as delivering documents, picking up parcels, etc.
Monitor office supplies and assist in reordering items.
Keep track of stationery, cleaning materials, and pantry stock.
Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.
Welcome visitors and offer refreshments.
Assist HR/Admin in setting up meetings or conference rooms.
Support admin team with small tasks as needed.
Ensure office environment is clean, safe, and functioning smoothly.
Follow company rules, maintain discipline, and support daily operations.
Minimum education: 12th pass (preferred).
Basic understanding of cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Good attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle instructions and complete tasks on time.
Basic communication skills (Hindi/English preferred).
Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable.
