We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative and office operations. This role requires someone who can take ownership, coordinate with multiple vendors and staff, and ensure smooth office functioning.

🎓 Qualification:
Under Graduation / Graduation (any discipline)
🛵 Commute Requirement:
Two-wheeler preferred (for outside office tasks)
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration tasks
Invoice generation, follow-ups, and collection coordination
Handling bank deposits, cheque collection, and related work
Coordination with office maintenance vendors
Managing office supplies and upkeep
Handling outside office work as required
Supporting general operational and administrative activities
Coordinating and managing support staff / labour workers
Creating and posting basic social media content using Canva
⏰ Working Hours:
Shift options: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Sunday Holiday
Second Saturday Off
Must be flexible with working hours when required
🧠 Skills & Personal Attributes:
Trustworthy and responsible
Proficient in Telugu and Hindi
Confident, proactive, and able to take initiative
Strong coordination and communication skills
Comfortable handling labour staff and vendors
Basic knowledge of social media posting and Canva
