Job Description

  • Review and process mortgage loan applications.

  • Verify applicant information, including income, credit history, and employment.

  • Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations.

  • Communicate with applicants, underwriters, and third-party vendors.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records.

  • Coordinate with clients to collect and verify necessary documents, arranging pickups if required to avoid delays.

  • Verify applicant’s personal information (ID, address proof, etc.).

  • Cross-check income and employment details with provided documents.

  • Perform credit checks and analyze the applicant’s credit score.

  • Assess debt-to-income (DTI) ratio and financial standing.

  • Order property appraisal through an approved valuation agency.

  • Submit verified documents to the underwriting team for risk assessment.

  • Follow up with underwriters on conditional approvals or additional requirements.
