Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Handle room reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries
Answer phone calls, emails, and front desk queries promptly
Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and payment processing
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
Maintain cleanliness, order, and professionalism at the reception area
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a hotel receptionist or front desk executive preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with reservation systems
