Key Responsibilities
1. Guest & Visitor Management
• First Impression: Greet all visitors warmly, offer refreshments, and maintain a highly professional decorum representing the developer's brand.
• Visitor Logs: Efficiently maintain the visitor management system (physical log or digital CRM/app), recording details of prospective buyers, channel partners, and vendors.
• Coordination: Announce guests and guide them to the respective Sales Executives, Relationship Managers, or Site Engineers.
2. Front Desk & Call Handling
• Inbound Queries: Answer and route incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and handle basic inquiries regarding project location, configurations, and working hours.
