Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and professional GRE to welcome and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure a positive dining experience at Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

• Manage reservations and guest waiting times efficiently.

• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or special requests.

• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff for smooth operations.

• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or hostess experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Positive attitude and professional appearance.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
