WE ARE HIRING – FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST

Hotel Vistara (White Palace) is looking for a smart, professional, and customer-oriented Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing front-desk operations, handling telephone calls, and providing excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and visitors warmly and professionally.

• Handle guest enquiries, telephone calls, and messages efficiently.

• Assist with guest check-in, check-out, and reservation procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.

• Manage guest records, registration forms, and front-office documentation.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other hotel departments.

• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front-office operations.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; graduate candidates preferred.

• Experience: 0–2 years; experienced candidates preferred.

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.

• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent guest-handling skills.

• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management abilities.

• Willingness to work in shifts and join immediately.
