🏨 Position: Hotel Receptionist
📍 Location: Saket Nagar, Kanpur
📢 Open Positions: 3
💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
🕒 Working Hours: 12 Hours

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide a professional first impression.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage room reservations and booking inquiries.
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest queries promptly.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
Maintain guest records and billing accurately.
Handle cash/card payments and generate invoices.
Resolve guest complaints politely and efficiently.
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.

Requirements
- Minimum Graduate (Hospitality experience preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Hotel Management Software).
- Pleasant personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.
- Honest, responsible, and well-groomed.
