As the first point of contact for our guests, the receptionist ensures smooth check-in/check-out, handles reservations, provides local and hotel information, and maintains guest satisfaction. The role demands warmth, accuracy, and promptness.

🧭 Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Services
Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out
Handle all guest queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
Provide accurate information about rooms, rates, and services
Guide guests on temple timings, transport, and local attractions
2. Reservations & Communication
Manage walk-in, WhatsApp, call-based, and OTA bookings (Agoda, etc.)
Maintain real-time room status in eZee Absolute PMS
Update digital and manual registers (inquiry log, room chart, etc.)
Coordinate guest special requests with housekeeping/kitchen
3. Billing & Cash Handling
Generate invoices and bills accurately via Tally Prime and PMS
Handle all payment modes (UPI, cash, card)
Record daily cash collections in cash register and deposit log
4. Record Keeping & Reporting
Maintain guest register with valid ID proof as per hotel norms
Log calls, complaints, and feedback in respective registers
Submit daily reports to the General Manager (occupancy, revenue, etc.)
5. Coordination
Ensure smooth coordination with Housekeeping and Kitchen teams
Notify GM of any escalated guest issues or unusual incidents
Support night shift team with proper handovers and logs

✅ Requirements:
Education & Skills:
Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
Proficiency in Hindi and basic English
Familiar with hotel software (eZee, Tally) or quick to learn
Good communication and basic computer skills
Personal Qualities:
Polite, honest, and well-groomed
Calm under pressure
Flexible with shift timings

📅 Work Schedule:
12-hour shift (day/night on rotation)
2 off days per month (only after 28 working days)
Rotational leave during non-peak periods
