Job Description:
We are looking for a pleasant and professional Hostess with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Telugu and capable of creating a welcoming environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and courteous manner
Manage guest entries, reservations, and seating arrangements
Assist guests with basic inquiries and guide them as needed
Coordinate with internal staff to ensure smooth guest flow
Maintain a neat, professional appearance and reception area
Handle customer interactions politely and efficiently
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience as a Hostess / Front Desk / Guest Relations
Fluency in Telugu is mandatory
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, polite, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to handle guests calmly and professionally
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of basic customer service etiquette
Multilingual ability (English/Hindi – added advantage)
Flexible and team-oriented approach
