Job Description

Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
Manage table reservations and waitlists efficiently.
Coordinate with the restaurant floor team for guest seating.
Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, and walk-in reservations.
Maintain proper guest records and reservation logs.
Assist guests with menu information and basic restaurant details.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns when required.
Support restaurant operations during peak hours when needed.
Coordinate with delivery partners and takeaway guests if required.
