Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences.

Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and guest satisfaction.

Assist in managing peak-hour guest flow and waiting areas.

Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Promote the restaurant's hospitality standards and brand image.
