Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall day-to-day hotel operations.
Supervise and coordinate all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.
Manage, train, and motivate hotel staff.
Prepare staff schedules and monitor employee performance.
Monitor hotel cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and maintenance standards.
Manage room occupancy, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
Monitor expenses, budgets, and daily operational requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.
Support business growth and improve hotel revenue and service quality.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Hotel Management or a similar managerial role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of hotel operations and guest-service standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
Candidates willing to travel or relocate, if required, will be preferred.
