Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously at the front desk

• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up calls

• Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department

• Maintain and update patient records accurately in the hospital system

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff for smooth operations

• Manage billing and payment processes as per hospital protocols

• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming

• Handle patient queries and provide necessary information
