📌 Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Helpdesk Executive to provide first-level technical and non-technical support to users. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and basic IT knowledge to resolve queries efficiently.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Log, track, and manage support tickets in the system.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues related to hardware, software, email, and networks.

  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.

  • Follow up with users to ensure complete issue resolution.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.

  • Assist with user onboarding and system access setup.

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
    Required Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication.

    • Basic knowledge of MS Office, operating systems, and computer hardware.

    • Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.).

    • Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.

    • Customer-oriented mindset and patience.

    • Ability to work in shifts (if required).
