Helpdesk Executive
Location: Pallavaram and Velchery
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Helpdesk Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to communicate with residents/clients and assist them in resolving their day-to-day issues in a professional and timely manner.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates should have good communication skills, basic system knowledge, and a willingness to learn new things.
Key Responsibilities
Handle communication with residents/clients through calls, messages, and emails.
Receive complaints, requests, and service-related issues from residents.
Coordinate with the concerned departments to ensure issues are resolved quickly.
Maintain proper records of complaints and follow-ups.
Provide polite and professional customer support at all times.
Update residents regarding the status of their requests/issues.
Prepare basic reports and maintain data in the system.
Requirements
Basic computer/system knowledge is mandatory.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are an advantage).
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to handle clients professionally.
No prior experience required; freshers can apply.
