Job Description

Head - Assets Management Responsibilities Portfolio Strategy & Performance Develop and implement asset management strategies for hospitality assets to maximize ROI. Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs for all properties. Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization. Owner Representation & Operator Management Act as the primary liaison between Adani and hotel operators. Negotiate and manage Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs) and related contracts. Ensure compliance with brand standards and contractual obligations. Financial Planning & Analysis Oversee annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts for each asset. Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions. Support investment decisions, feasibility studies, and valuation exercises. Capital Projects & Asset Enhancement Drive renovation, repositioning, and capital expenditure projects. Ensure timely execution within approved budgets and quality standards. Governance & Reporting Prepare periodic performance reports for senior leadership. Establish governance frameworks for operational and financial oversight. Qualifications Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, finance or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
