About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly Guest Relations Executives to join our Family Entertainment & Hospitality team. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling customer interactions, managing inquiries, and ensuring an excellent guest experience at the venue.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests professionally.
Guide customers about games, activities, packages, and offers.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely.
Coordinate with operations, restaurant, and billing teams.
Maintain positive guest relationships and customer satisfaction.
Assist in birthday parties, events, and group bookings.
Ensure smooth entry and exit of guests.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception/front desk area.
Promote memberships, packages, and ongoing promotions.
Support daily operational activities when required.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada preferred.
Pleasant personality and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
Positive attitude and teamwork skills.

Qualification

PUC / Any Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
