Role Summary
The Guest Relations Executive is the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay — responsible for creating a warm, seamless, and memorable experience from check-in to check-out, while handling the operational and administrative needs of the front office.
Key Responsibilities
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously
Manage reservations, walk-ins, and guest booking modifications
Respond to guest queries, requests, and complaints, ensuring quick resolution and high satisfaction
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to fulfil guest requirements
Maintain accurate guest records, registration documents, and ID verification as per statutory norms
Handle billing, cash/UPI transactions, and daily front-office reports
Promote hostel activities, tours, and add-on services to enhance guest experience
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it reflects brand standards of cleanliness and presentation
Support in managing OTA (Online Travel Agency) bookings and guest reviews where required
Assist with basic troubleshooting and be the first point of escalation for on-ground guest issues
Candidate Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field (or MBA in Hospitality); freshers welcome
0–2 years of experience in a front office, guest relations, or hospitality role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
Presentable, guest-oriented, and service-first personality
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, PMS/hotel software an advantage)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
Team player with a collaborative, can-do attitude
